Went in to check out a treadmill and Maureen, the store's manager, was beyond helpful with the products information. I know if I do decide to buy a treadmill it will definitely be from Johnson Fitness & Wellness.
Maureen was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to track down a discount code for our treadmill purchase. Excellent customer service — we’ll definitely be back for weights and more
During my visit, Maureen was super helpful, friendly, and no pressure to buy. I got to try out all the equipment, and she even stayed a little late in a Sunday so we could finish our transaction. She explained all the steps and arranged delivery. Definitely go to her if you need a massage chair or other fitness equipment.
Maureen was a pleasure to work with.
