I had a very pleasant experience at the Johnson Fitness store in Fairfield, NJ. Howard Olinsky, the Sales person, was very friendly, knowledgeable about the equipment we were looking at and helpful as well as quoting us a fair price. As a result, we ended up purchasing exercise equipment there. I would highly recommend you speak with Howard if you go to the Fairfield store
