We purchased a Horizon 7.0AT treadmill working with Howard. He was extremely knowledgeable about the treadmill and the purchase process. We felt like we had all the information we needed as he was thoughtfully considering everything we would want to know before we asked. We are waiting on delivery but expect to have all the necessary support we need.
So far go good! Howard was very helpful and answered my many questions. Going into store for purchasing is the way to go . Using a treadmill before purchasing makes a big difference.
