I bought a high end treadmill from Johnson and their delivery arm could not figure how to set it up. They came out to my home multiple times and I wasted hours of my time with this. I returned the unit for a full refund, but what a headache. If you need your purchase, don’t g o here thought the salespeople are knowledgeable and quite nice. Their delivery soured an initial good experience. If you need your item delivered to you, DON’T SHOP JOHNSON!!!

I had a great experience buying a massage chair from Johnson Fitness in Newton, MA. Alvaro was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Eric was very responsive and patient with my payment request. Even though English is my second language, it was easy to communicate with them—they were friendly and respectful. The showroom offers a wide selection of fitness equipment and massage chairs.
