Comfortable, staff helpful and not at all bothersome. Positive shopping experience
We went to Johnson Fitness in Newton to look at recumbent bikes. They only 3 on display and two of them were matrixes. We tried them both. The lone salesman Alvaro Zuniga (Al) was very helpful and knowledgeable, and didn’t pressure us at all. Since, I am tall. I favored the R50 model, as it was more comfortable, albeit a little pricey. I bought a high end treadmill from Johnson and their delivery arm could not figure how to set it up. They came out to my home multiple times and I wasted hours of my time with this. I returned the unit for a full refund, but what a headache. If you need your purchase, don’t g o here thought the salespeople are knowledgeable and quite nice. Their delivery soured an initial good experience. If you need your item delivered to you, DON’T SHOP JOHNSON!!!
