Giovanni explained in detail the pros and cons of each recumbent bike and gave a reasonable price and financial plan that was affordable to us.
A great experience on 2 occasions with Giovanni. We purchased the Matrix A50 elliptical and a tonal home gym. We will likely be back for the massage chair. Uncomplicated transaction and a super nice guy. Highly recommend!
Giovanni was excellent in helping narrow down and choose the ideal home multi-gym for my family’s needs- Giving pros/cons of each system, quality, personalization, durability, nuances, space considerations, design, maintenance requirements, value and comparisons. Couple that with his listening skills, patience and customer centricity, he was superb relative to those outfits in mercer county I visited. Incidentally, I researched various systems heavily online and his factual input was consistent and accurate!
