Experience at store was great, however the delivery & set up was not. Supposed to receive recumbent bike & treadmil on same day, no bike was delivered. Supposed to receive a mat for our treadmil they forgot that too.
The experience purchasing a treadmill with Rob was exceptional! Thank you!
The store manager was great, very knowledgeable, and explained all the different options for the equipment we were looking to purchase. Much better quality than the Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc.
Ryan helped me out with a pool table. He was extremely courteous and helpful. They gave me a great deal and I would highly recommend them for future business!
Starting off by saying both husband and I had a great experience at this location. I called months prior inquiring about massage chairs. Rob is the first person that I spoke to and invited us to visit the showroom, however I wasn’t ready at the time. I called a few months later and Rob again told us to stop by, he let us know that he wouldn’t be there, however Jim would be able to assist us. We came in and were greeted by Jim.
