Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable folks. I’ve had two major purchases through Ken over the last five years and have been happy with the price and the support I’ve received. A nice selection of cardio equipment, as well.
I was shopping for a stationary bike and visited the store twice. Both times I was greeted by Ken who provided answers to all my questions. I wanted to buy from a store where I could actually try out the equipment vs buying something online. That factor along with the help provided by Ken led to my purchase of a Matrix bike. The overall sales experience was smooth and I'm now just waiting for the bike to be delivered. If you're looking for high quality exercise equipment I highly recommend this store.
Ken W. was phenomenal! I stopped in for a visit to check out the Force USA lineup because I was interested in an all in one trainer. I stopped in for a second visit to get opinions from the spouse on the setup. Once I finished my research I stopped by for a third time and ordered a Force USA C20 with a sliding bench, and grabbed a set of small powerblocks. Wish I could give zero stars I had a very disappointing experience at Johnson Fitness & Wellness thanks to an associate named Ken. As soon as I walked into the store, Ken stood up from behind the register, looked directly at me, and didn’t say a single word—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.
