Bought an elliptical. It stopped working after a month. Board was bad. Board got replaced but it took 4 weeks to fix it and 3 visits. I would recommend that if you sell expensive equipment to someone and they also buy your service plan, that you work harder to shore up that time. On the plus side, Greg the tech was great to speak to and he was incredibly fast at fixing the elliptical. Also, Charlie at the store (whom we purchased from) was very pleasant to talk to.

The employee didn’t seem interested or made any effort to really help us with mats for our treadmill. Abrupt and not very helpful nor pleasant. If my spouse hadn’t been with me I would’ve walked out. …when people make an effort to shop locally I would’ve expected the store personnel would make sure to also make an effort, otherwise why not use an online store
