For years i have been wanting to purchase a chair massager. I have a double hip replacement, knee problems and soreness all over of my body throughout the day. A few weeks ago, I walked into Johnson Fitness and I met Brad who allowed me to try out a number of massage chairs. He also followed up by giving me information on the 3 machines that met my needs. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been to this store 3 times and each time I am there for more than an hour(by choice of course). Each encounter was with John and I do not hesitate to say John has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. The 1st time I went there I was in the beginning of my search for a massage chair for my husband.
