I spoke to Al at the store for needing the replacement console for one of the Matrix treadmills that I had purchased in 2017 from another store in Cleveland. He was extremely helpful and offered to deliver to my home in Ashburn since I live 40 minutes from the store. He also arranged to have Armend -- an independent installer to install it （for additional cost). I highly recommend the place.
I purchased a Force USA machine through Johnson Fitness. Absolutely incredible customer service. Constant and easy communication to schedule everything. I will be using them for all home gym needs. They answered any questions and were super easy to get ahold of. Follow ups after install were all great and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I don't often write reviews unless something went wrong, but this was such a great experience I just wanted to share.
I did a lot of research and decided what would meet my health needs in terms of a massage chair was the sleek two door Ohco M.8 Neo. Shiatsu Master design No idea at the time what those words meant but now I start every day floating blissfully as shiatsu master annihilates years of world class stress. I purchased an Inspire Fitness T4S treadmill. The store manager, Barry Fig, recommended this product to me having ascertained how I intended to use the treadmill and my budget for this product. It is the perfect match for my needs. He also recommended the optimal sized cardio mat for use with this treadmill.
