GymSource refused to fix my gym equipment I purchased from the Falls Church (Tysons) store. I have purchased an Octane Zero Runner from GymSource. I have asked GymSource to fix two items: 1. Built-in heart rate sensor. A GymSource technician did not resolve the problem 2. Replace the monitor. A GymSource technician said it was caused by physical damage.
