EDIT: It is now June, 2026 - 8 months later, still waiting for Johnson Fitness to fix the problem with the elliptical that started in October, 2025. I I have been disappointed by the Matrix A30 I purchased from this location and with my post-purchase experience. I bought this elliptical to replace my Precor that, after over 20 years of being amazing, was making a noise. I was told it was too old to repair.
