I received the best customer service from Maddie (sorry if I misspelled her name). She is very nice and informative. I received product availability, pricing, and the best directions to get to her store on the phone. When I got to the store, she gave me advice and a demonstration on how to use the product. Her store is amazing with every piece of exercise equipment imaginable. I felt like a child in a candy store. I really felt like a valued customer.
The store in Rockville is large with lots of options and also very nice. Maddie was excellent at helping us test and select the right elliptical. Delivery and setup was fast and efficient.
I went to the Bethesda, MD location to look at elliptical trainers. The manager, Maddie, was knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure to spend more than I needed. I have not received the elliptical trainer that I bought, but I'm hopeful my experience with this company continues to be a good one.
The entire experience was great from the showroom to the delivery which was on time and on the day promised. I just used the treadmill and it is working great.
