Armando was great. Store was empty during my first visit. He very kindly and patiently let me test out the majority of the equipment in the store. I chose the Force USA Tandem Tower. Delivery and setup was quick and efficient. I would purchase from them again.
The worst customer service I’ve experienced when dealing with a warranty claim. While they are polite on the phone and promise follow-ups, those never actually happen. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my machine shutting off during use for OVER A YEAR!! A refund was approved TWO MONTHS ago, and I still have not received it. This is unacceptable, especially given the high cost of the equipment.
I did not purchase directly from this store, but I wanted to share my experience with a NordicTrack treadmill (Elite 5700, model 831.24934.4) for awareness. My unit is currently stuck in firmware upgrade (FTS) mode, even though the hardware is still functional. The console detects USB input, which suggests it is a recoverable software issue.
