Guys in the store very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We did have a slight problem with the treadmill shortly after delivery and Johnson was quick to ship a replacement part directly to us and arrange a service person to come out. While the service guy knew what he was doing and quickly installed the replacement part, he wasn't very good about showing up when scheduled and it took 2 days for him to actually be on our doorstep. Would still go back to Johnson. Great selection.
I received excellent customer service during my recent visit to your Laguna Niguel store! Brandon was extremely helpful and polite while assisting me during my shopping and purchase of an exercise bike. So pleased with my choice of Matrix Brand upright bike.
Conner was great! He really helped us find the perfect massage chair. He had great knowledge and was able to explain the features and benefits well. We will be back!
