I received excellent customer service during my recent visit to your Laguna Niguel store! Brandon was extremely helpful and polite while assisting me during my shopping and purchase of an exercise bike. So pleased with my choice of Matrix Brand upright bike.

I love this store! Over the years, the wife and I have purchased a Life Fitness treadmill, a Matrix spin bike, and now a Matrix elliptical. These have all been excellent purchases. Our sales representative, Connor, at Johnson Fitness Laguna Niguel was well informed and did an excellent job explaining the different technologies for the elliptical machines.
