Customer service is horrible when you have a problem.
Lots of treadmills to choose from in different price ranges. Tyler was very helpful.
Tyler the associate at the store was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped us find what we needed vs selling us on what we did not need
The staff was very friendly and I have no issue with him. However website advertised free shipping but ended up being charged for it. Then the original delivery date was cancelled which was the reason I settled with shipping in the first place. Wish your "deals" didn't have such fine print.
I did my own research before purchasing. This really helped when talking to the rep. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my decision easy.
