WARNING.. DO NOT USE! They do not call you back. I've spoken to 3 different people and they say someone will call back and they never do. I just read another review about not calling back because someone was using MetLife Legal Planning and that may be the same reason for me. Completely unprofessional and terrible service. I can't imagine this being decent representation.
Worst law firm in history!!! I consulted with Chris JOHNSON in JAN 2024 confirmed he was going to take my case said I would receive my retainer to sign let fast forward to AUG 2024 I have court he doesn’t show, I speak with a representative who stated she purposely did not send me the retainer to sign because I was using METLIFE benefits, keep in mind no one ever contacted me back after months of calling them, this is a disgrace please save your time and money 0/10 would not recommend
