Horrible customer service, the man who answered the phone talked to me like I was an idiot. Made NO effort to help me and actually made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about. I was able to call Rio Grande and they helped me within a few minutes. Johnson Fence Co. clearly has no RESPECT for customers requesting services. Maybe if I would have been a man, he would have talked to me like I was a human and not some piece of crap.
