Entire staff very helpful and courteous
Update: I expressed my frustration and was met with impolite sarcasm and a “good luck elsewhere”. I let them know a customer relationship would have been better met with a sincere apology rather than an impolite adolescent. I made my question crystal clear and was told by staff incorrect answers for a month. They were sending me unnecessary paperwork and then said they didn’t receive it because of internet issues. Had my first new patient cleaning today with Andy. The procedure was done with meticulous care. Dr. Jared was very professional and friendly. I am very happy with the care I received today and look to future visits with staff.
Worst dental experience I have ever had. Got 2 cavities filled by Dr. Hubbard and I think it is absolutely shameful that this practice still allows her to perform any kind of dental care on real patients. Did not explain anything about the procedure to me at all throughout the entire thing. Did not numb me enough so when she started drilling my teeth and I could feel it she only stopped after a minute of me yanking my head back.
