Entire staff very helpful and courteous
Update: I expressed my frustration and was met with impolite sarcasm and a “good luck elsewhere”. I let them know a customer relationship would have been better met with a sincere apology rather than an impolite adolescent. I made my question crystal clear and was told by staff incorrect answers for a month. They were sending me unnecessary paperwork and then said they didn’t receive it because of internet issues. I've always felt welcome and safe in this office. All staff are welcoming and down to earth. The care myself and my family receives is top notch! Such a wonderful practice and the people are what make it! Thank you!
