Drove from Blacksburg for my free state inspection. Fast, friendly service, and on my way home in under half an hour. I recommend the scenic route home through Floyd county!
Emily of the service dept. was extremely helpful and the service dept was great. Highly recommended
While everyone I interacted with was very friendly, I had to go to the dealership 5 days after my truck had been dropped off (2 days were a weekend), just to get an update. This was after 4 calls, text messages through their system and an email. 2 days later my battery was changed out. I am impressed with everyone's friendliness, but the lack of communication and the length of time it took for a repair, despite having an appointment, leaves me less than likely to return to this dealership for any service or purchase.
