worst dealership ever been 2. brought jeep in for warranty work. only had 54k miles on it and needed a transmission. it was covered. took 3 weeks 2 get appointment i left my car on oct 23rd i was supposed to have a loaner car cause it was covered under warranty they told me i couldnt get a loaner untill nov 3rd so i waited till the 3rd and still no loaner car. i didnt get one till nov 17th . when i asked about my car they said they had 2 drop trans and send pictures and it would take 24 to 48 hours 2 get ok which was good b... read more
