I brought my 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer in for a suspension issue and what followed was months of frustration, excuses, and wasted time. Very disappointed with my experience at Johnson Dodge regarding my Grand Wagoneer. Communication and customer service were absolutely terrible throughout the entire process, and I constantly had to chase them down just to get basic updates instead of receiving any proactive communication.
