Bri in service is great. I’ve had my issues with the service department in the past but she’s gained my trust. I’m in the same field and understand it’s stressful. She understands how I am when it comes to my only source of transportation to work and does her best to get it done as soon as possible. Thank you for doing whatever you can for me! I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel like I have to for this. Bought my 2025 Ram 2500 from another dealer in October and ever since I drove off the lot it had a message popping up for service trailer brake system, and the trailer light plug never worked. About 3 months after purchasing I finally got the recall for the trailer brake module. I highly recommend Johnson Dodge. This is my second vehicle from them and I continue to go back for service because of how great my experience has been. The team is friendly, straightforward and never pushy or intimidating which makes the entire process comfortable. Brett and everyone at Johnson Dodge truly go above and beyond. I will absolutely continue using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
