Paid for a survey and they wont send me a pdf that my realtor requested. Such a poor way to do business. Dont not use this company.
Great to work with and took my concerns with the design and how they would work with our property and worked with them.
Johnson did the design on my septic and then after it was installed decided they weren't going to do the as-built per Gloucester County's requirements. I had to hire someone else to finish the work they were supposed to. No contact with me, no email explaining why. They just ignored me. Horrible, do not use this firm!!!!!!!
I received a design for a septic system. Contractor, made an error on first dig, but corrected it. Health department failed the second dig, saying it was in the wrong location. I was there when it was measured and it was in the exact location on my plans. Johnson, then added different measurements to match what the health department was saying.
