After bouncing around a few dentists in town my wife and I are geniunely astounded at the experience we've had at Johnson dental. Exceptional is an understatement. Our family has had 6 appointments there in the last 2 months and we couldn't be happier with the service and care we've recieved and the staff. The kids were so happy they wanted to go back again. No unnecessary x-rays like other places. Theres no year plus wait for a cleaning. I dont really know what more you could ask for in a dentist. We are geniunely blown awa... read more
This place left me in excruciating pain, they only operate 4 days a week, they gave me 1-3 xrays on each visit and tried to fill a tooth that needed to be removed, i went to a different dentist in Vernon and they could tell the problem of the tooth from an xray i had the year prior, lost alot of money at this dentist and they did not help me at all. dont waste your time or $$$$ here!!!!! do not trust melanie, she will try to manipulate you into treatments and xrays you do not need, shame on her.
My wife and I are both very happy with this clinic. Katie, my dental hygienist, is always very friendly and did an amazing cleaning after I came in a bit late. Dr. Mel was also very approachable and took the time to look over the x-rays that Katie took. It is always great to wrap up the appointment with Michelle for the billing. She handles the insurance stuff with professionalism and a friendly attitude. I brought my 5yo, and was nervous how he would do, but the dental hygienist, Kate, was fantastic with him. Showed him how things worked, explained exactly what she was going to do before doing it, and was just so fun and kind to him, making him feel comfortable and excited to learn from her. The admin team and dentist were awesome too. Everyone was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. Thanks Johnson Dental team!
