De dellosa has always listened to me. He has never discounted any of my opinions or mane me feel foolish with a question. The ladies in the office take good care of me with easy scheduling. The nurses are always respectful and doo their jobs well.
All the staff was very polite and knowledgeable.
I could get $110.00 back per month from Medicare if I would change doctors. I like Dr Delosa so much I refused to change doctors to get the $110.00 added back to my Social Security.
I took my son in to get a SPORTS PHYSICAL in June 2021. They sent me a bill for $407.00!!!! I called them, they AGREED it was a mistake and coded wrong and they would resubmit to my insurance with the correct code. Two months later and I'm still getting letters and texts that I owe them $407.00. I call them again, now they say the bill was correct and want me to pay. Front office is the worst!! I have worked in the medical field myself and have never treated patients the way I have been treated. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. This front office needs a lesson in bedside manner no matter the situation.
Started out good but then they failed to diagnose a problem. Later calls were not returned and failed to give refills on life saving medication. The worst was billing for services I didn't receive. Staff extremely rude.
One of the last doctors in the world left who actually takes the time to listen to you and spends time with you in making a plan of action that works for both you the patient and him the doctor. He explains everything in detail and asks if you understand. He is an incredable person and an excellent doctor.
