Told there is a yr warranty on frames & lens but now that my nose piece has broken off for the 2nd time within that year I can't get it fixed unless I pay for it.....how does that make sense with a one year warranty......we can't help if the nose piece breaks off or getting caught on our clothes of hoodies while putting them over our head.....this is pathetic & sad for them to tell you one thing but put limited time it can happen.....that's the case then they should tell you it can only happen one time & not use a year warra... read more

Kenna was amazing to work with very helpful. She is very friendly easy to work with..Kat not very respectful..I came to look at glasses then Kat came over with the paper work and gave it to Kenna and said you can take them..very rude not professional..
Doctor and lady looks at your eyes is super nice . That’s why we go there but the store manager she is something else . Different lady was helping me and some how store manager comes back with my glass and never introduced her self or nothing and had bad attitude about it because I asked them to fix my glass because middle part was off and had glue all over it .
