I'm so upset that the receptionist called my husband telling him that his glasses were ready without mentioning that the office would be closed today at 1:00. Horrible customer service, really!!

Husband went to pick up glasses. 3 people are in after him and received service. Hour later Husband being the only patient left went to the desk and saw his name was crossed off and he asked why and all the Nurse said is "I don't know " Husband was disappointed. Says it was poor service
