We take our dogs here for their yearly check ups, but we also took our Roxy here when she became ill. The vets and the receptionist were very kind and patient with us. When it was time to put her down, everyone was sympathetic and helpful during the difficult time. Would definitely recommend.
Very impressive staff was excellent and felt they really care.
Had a great experience here today!! 😁 Dr. Rachel Yohn and all three staff we had from the front desk to the exam room took wonderful care of our stray (no more- he won over our hearts! ❤️) cat. His comfort was priority and they really took their time which I appreciate so much and was refreshing!! In the past at other vet clinics, it’s always felt very rushed. Great doctors, and the vet techs are all great. Our boy Pickles has been a frequent flier here recently, and every visit there we left feeling like they considered his life and his needs as important as a human being would be anywhere else. Diagnosis has always been correct, and has always moved the needle back in a positive direction. They are very kind and the vet took extra time to cuddle up and pet my cat, Momo, to make sure he was more comfortable. (I thought she was going to steal him at some point she loved him so much ahaha) and she help make a different asthma medication recommendation that will better suit him. I definitely plan on having them be my regular veterinarian care practitioner. Also the building was very clean and they sanitized the room the second we left it. (Ft.
