Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. The WIC staff especially. Something was wrong with my paperwork, so I did not have a schedule, but they still helped me, got my information into the system, and scheduled me for a clinic visit. She even gave me a tip about my medicaid application. And the woman in the health and human services office was also kind and helpful, scanning in some documents which I had on hand. Half the staff is helpful (assisted me and answered questions) the other half is rude and doesn’t want to do what their getting paid to do (help with WIC transfer and scheduling) also I’ve called 20 times (not an exaggeration) and they’ve answered 2 times. Update I’ve been calling for over a week now my old WIC office faxed them on the 14th and I’ve heard nothing as well as not being able to get ahold of them. It’s not like WIC is for low income families in need or anything.
