Lost partial electric power ( leg of cable went bad ) lights flickering, no 220 power on Christmas day. Logged onto web site,reported problem and within an hour 2 servicemen showed up. Rigged up a temporary fix until they can return and dig up the bad spot. The quick and professional work by the 2 servicemen was OUTSTANDING!!
