Do not recommend. This female told me if I couldn't identify this piece of medical equipment (holding it down by my feet) that she was going to NARCAN me. (Narcan does not work on Benzos, anyway) I accidentally took my anxiety meds twice, very low dosage. So, she's here to threaten you, in case you weren't already feeling shitty enough. Thanks, Lady.
Terrible billing process. Paid $800 bill June 2025. Learned 30 days later insurance paid over $500 of the bill. Now April 1 2026, after numerous calls and an assurance in September 2025 a refund process was started, said refund, as of a few days ago still hasn’t been issued. Now we are promised it will be issued in 2 weeks.

EMT had Absolutely no bedside manor... rude and short with me,the patient... then neglected to return my prescription glasses that she took off me in the ambulance... I Never received them back in the ER.. when I called the office,... the lady in charge, Nicole, I believe... sarcastically said that her staff had placed my glasses in my lap, and if I had an issue with that, contact risk management! My glasses were NEVER given to me in ER, because the blanket was removed and I had to scoot over to the ER Gurney with nothing co... read more
