EMT had Absolutely no bedside manor... rude and short with me,the patient... then neglected to return my prescription glasses that she took off me in the ambulance... Stopped by quiktrip on 159th and 69. Needed to fill up the back right tire on my the work truck. Truck 45 parked as such without the consideration of others. I got out and started filling up the one tire needed. Not 30 seconds later, they're coming out of grabbing food, and the guy comes directly and tells me me to move. I said I'm filling up my tire. They sent me a bill, so I went online and it keep stating NO RESULTS FOUND. And so I call for 2 days left on hold listening to music and after a while the phone hangs up🤔
I am absolutely disgusted at the unprofessionalism, incompetence, and lack of empathy displayed by the female paramedic and EMT earlier this morning (11/8/24) on ambulance 44. It is shameful for medical professionals to act in the manner they displayed to my grandmother. My mother and I are both healthcare professionals, and were especially appalled at the sheer incompetence of the staff in their communication, ego, and rudeness.
