Very disappointed! Let me say I will take some responsibility as in we did contact them late in the year to have our lights put up. BUT with that being said the invoice was paid as soon as it was sent and was told it would be a week or so. Fast forward 2 plus weeks and several phone calls I finally get someone to show up to hang lights. It took them 2 days to hang lights because the first day they had some where to be and half a day the next day. I only had 240 feet of lights. Worst experience I've ever had with a company that was recommended via word of mouth. I waited 2 weeks with no install date, when I called THE 3RD TIME to cancel, on the 7th of December, I was told they were still installing customers that had requested service in August and September. Waited 3 weeks and still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE
