This office has been extremely frustrating to deal with. When I added my daughter to my policy, I was told my due date was the 17th. Later, they claimed they sent a text message that went to my spam and mailed a notice that I never received. No one bothered to call me directly and instead gave excuses as to why they could not call, even though they were the ones who provided the incorrect due date.
