I had a deeply frustrating experience with this driving course, solely due to the instructor's complete lack of professionalism and basic empathy regarding a misunderstanding. My son’s instructor, Chris Sawyer handled my complaint and frustration in the worst way possible. I want to the class on Saturday, I took the test online four test and I miss one point to pass it they told me that I couldn’t go back to class just because I miss one point. So what’s the point of paying almost $500 for the class because the instructor say in class that his here to help us, but he didn’t help at all. This is the second time I have a problem this at this driver education class at JCCC.
