Jason arrived on time to provide a tune up on my furnace. He was extremely professional and quite knowledgeable..He provided an assessment of my furnace in terms of the age of the equipment and normal wear and tear. I was very happy with the price quoted and that he did not try to upsell me on parts or services I did not need.
We highly recommend Johnson County Comfort. Jason was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process step by step. He didn't try to sell us any unneeded parts or suggest that we required anything unnecessary.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jason came out on a Sunday and got our AC working again, with different options and for a minimal price. We truly appreciate he honesty and that he didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't need. If we need a replacement, we will be calling him. He even put up with our unruly large puppy. Highly highly recommend!
Great quality work!. Our condensor got a hole in it and Jason came out every day to top off the freon so we wouldn't run out of A/C until we could replace the unit. Honest work and gave me many options that fit my budget. Thank you for all of the work you done for my family and I. Our A/C is working great now!
Jason @ Johnson County Comfort is phenomenal. We have an old boiler system, which fewer and fewer people work on, and I feel genuinely lucky that we found his company. He has helped us out on numerous occasions with our boiler and A/C, and he's always friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.
