I was beyond impressed with the customer service and speed they got my oil change done! Definitely will be back. Very nice waiting room too.

Very dependable, friendly service, and they don't try to sell you "repairs" you don't need. If your vehicle needs a lot of work done and you can't afford it all at one time, they will let you know what is urgent and what can wait. I really trust this auto service and have told others about them. They will always be the company I go to because I know it will be done right the first time.

This business came to our attention from our son. After receiving questionable repairs/costs he took his car to Johnson County Automotive. He was impressed and so we started using them at first for oil changes, but now for additional repairs. They are good at pointing out repairs that may be needed, but are not pushy. Some other shops (tire shops) have been really pushy to get the additional sales. The staff is courteous and they do loaner cars for longer repairs or will give you a ride.

When I moved to this area about 3 yrs ago, I searched for a good dependable auto mechanic. I tried several before I discovered Johnson County Automotive. They fixed problems the other guys couldn't diagnose. They aren't the cheapest but they are reasonable and very good. I have found my auto repair place and couldn't be happier.

I felt like these guys really knew what they were doing and they took the time to teach me about the problem and the repair. The bill was exactly what the estimate was and I never had any more problems. Customer for life!

The first time I brought my car to Johnson County, it was for a strange squeal that would crop up at random. I'd already been to the dealership and to another shop, and neither could figure out what the problem was. And then I found Johnson County. The got to know me and my driving habits, took the car for a test drive and spent the time needed to get the car to make the noise so they could diagnose and fix it. I have used these guys for several years and never had an incomplete repair. They make the repairs right the first time.
