Daniel and Johnson County Automotive are amazing. Daniel has been servicing my vehicles for years. And this time around was 4 tires, battery and an oil change. As honest and reputable as they come. And he will continue to be the only one to service my vehicles. Just all around a great experience. Nobody wants car troubles but if you do seek out Johnson County Automtoive without a single worry.
They were nearest shop that was “RepairPal” certified for my vehicle’s extended warranty. Set up the earliest appointment online through RepairPal which was a couple of days away. Received a phone call that afternoon to see if I could bring it in early. I did and within an hour and half they had the issue diagnosed. They had to order a part from the manufacturer so it was going to be a few days before they could fix it. JCA was excellent from start to finish. Went in for an inspection. The staff was accommodating and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and the service was efficient. I definitely recommend.
