Called for service it took two weeks to get someone out to our building. Cutomer service is horrible. They did not fix the problem and charged me over $800.00. I am switching companies.
Literally the WORST security service ever!! Horrible customer service! We were told our system needed a cell service upgrade to continue working, I authorized the upgrade multiple times because they kept sending letters about it, each time they said no one had authorized it, (I'll spare you the details about the rude emails from one woman I dealt with), finally someone said they'd get us on the schedule... By far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of singing up with. I honestly don't want to waste any more time going into the details as they have already been responsible for wasting so much of my time I don't even have any left to properly bash them.
Charged over 500 dollars for a repair that took less than an hour. They later tell me after they bill 3 hours automatically for all repairs. Don't do this service as they are shady. I switched to Simply Safe after this experience and I am paying less than half the cost and much happier with customer service.
I called for a service call to look at why my system wasn't working. They told me it was $39.95 to assess the situation and then I would authorize any additional work. All I was told that I needed to call a locksmith for a new strike and then I get emailed a bill for over $650 for labor. Jim Greene arrived the day after our scheduled day so I was unable to be on-site during the inspection. I opened a dispute and it was denied without explanation or anyone asking me what happened.
