ABSOLUTELY HORRID!!!! I was a customer of Richmond Alarm Company which was then bought out by Johnson Control. When I sold my house last year, it took me months worth of phone calls to them trying get my service cancelled. Every time I would call, a foreign call service with broken English would answer and then proceed to put me on hold till I would finally hang up after 2 hours of being on hold.
