I have no problems with the local techs, but the corporate sales/admin is absolutely atrocious. But they will not care about this review because they do not care about quality.
Ever since Richmond Alarm sold to Johnson Controls, we have had one problem after another. Alarm signals a call and it takes 10 minutes for someone at the monitoring center to answer. This morning, they called while we were all at work to leave a vm saying there was a "undefined Signal" and have a great day. Then, they dispatched a cop which creates a fine. Our of dozens of vendor/service providers at our 40 year old company, this is our worst vendor.
