One of the most inept companies.
Terrible customer service.We have been trying to get out monitoring system done. It has been three weeks and not a single inch progress. I keep emaling and contacting on basis but still no luck. Do not recommend.
These guys are terrible! Horrible service by field techs! It was bad enough when they was Tyco/Simplex Grinnel!!!They appear to only have a billing department. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! My company was with them for almost 10 years. I'm glad we don't have to deal with the Service Department anymore!!! (I had to leave 1 start to post the review, so thank Google for the 1 star)
