These guys are the best in the business. The sprinkler service crew and inspectors are truly amazing people. If you want your sprinkler system functioning properly and accurate/honest inspections, these are your guys.
Their phone goes to hold and then someone picks up and immediately hangs up and disconnects the call. They are not taking calls from their customers. Terrible customer service.
Almost impossible getting in touch with the correct person to schedule inspections and service. Instead of having a central location for all services you have to chase down someone at corporate for a repair, then the local office for inspections, but it must be the right person at the local office.
