When the furnace quit in the middle of winter, we were worried. The service team responded fast. The tech did a complete inspection, found a failed pressure switch, dirty burner assembly, and some venting issues. He cleaned components, replaced the bad part, tested combustion levels for safety, and ensured proper operation. Heat was restored quickly and reliably. He followed up the next day to make sure everything stayed good. Courteous, safety-conscious, and thorough—very reassuring and high-quality work.
