Every summer when we turned on the AC, the house smelled like a damp basement for the first hour. Candles and sprays didn’t help. The duct cleaning team found mold growth near the coils and years of debris in the return ducts. They cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized the whole system. We turned the AC on after they left and the air smelled fresh — like nothing. Not perfumey, just clean. That musty odor is 100% gone even 6 months later. If your AC smells weird, this is the fix.

While cleaning, the tech noticed one of my vent covers was broken. It was not part of the job. He had a new one on his truck and put it on for free. He said “I can’t leave it like that.” It took him 2 minutes and cost him money. But he did it. That is the kind of people they are.

I had this service done after living in my house for several years. The technicians arrived on time and were polite throughout the visit.
