My company utilizes their commercial fire alarm and sprinkler systems. Their technicians seem to do a satisfactory job; however, it is a nightmare to deal with this company. There is often a long wait to get work scheduled, and then when the date finally comes around they call to reschedule. If there is anyway you can avoid using this company I would advise that you do it. They treat fire security with as much urgency as the DMV. If you call you'll speak to their international call center of people that could care less and you'll be told someone will call you in 48 hours. That's a fire panel company that won't let anyone else work on their panels but will take two days to return your call. This is not an anomaly it's company policy.
