I’d give zero stars if I could. There's no transparency—they don’t disclose their \$300+ per hour rate during the setup call. The technician sat in the parking lot billing extra time. Support calls are routed overseas to reps with no useful info, and customer service is terrible. Avoid this company.
Johnson Controls is TERRIBLE! I have for weeks been trying to get someone to call to schedule service, I have heard from no one!!!!
