Standing on the side of the road inspecting my wheel when the driver started moving closer to me as if they were trying to hit me while at a very high rate of speed.
Garbage install every time. As an in-house HVAC tech with a local school district, I'm always having to fix their stuff or fight them to do it right. This is just the latest pile of crap of MANY we've had to deal with.

I’d give zero stars if I could. There's no transparency—they don’t disclose their \$300+ per hour rate during the setup call. The technician sat in the parking lot billing extra time. Support calls are routed overseas to reps with no useful info, and customer service is terrible. Avoid this company.
Johnson Controls is TERRIBLE! I have for weeks been trying to get someone to call to schedule service, I have heard from no one!!!!
