NOT THE FIRST TIME - EVERY TIME I CALL - Once again, Very poor customer service, called to pay a bill, was put on hold for 6 minutes for her to bring account up, then put back on hold for another 8 minutes for her to get the system ready for the cc number... and then again for 3 minutes to get a confirmation code and on top of that was charges 2.75% for paying with a credit card. who are you employing to answer the phone?? Unacceptable, we are in the process of switching service.
They lied to our faces about our sprinklers. Would not recommend.
