Was told to contact some clown named Duke at Johnson Controls for fire alarm monitoring. He doesn’t return calls and is full of excuses. Tried calling and emailing -10x . Pathetic.
Absolutely terrible customer service. They show zero respect for their contractors and take no responsibility for their actions. It is unacceptable that the city forces us to hire such an unprofessional and incompetent company
This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I sold my store and tried to cancel my service, as my contract had already expired years ago. What should have been a simple cancellation process has turned into an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is completely unhelpful – every time you call, no one can actually assist you.
