Nice lady at guard shack very professional, love her positivity, docks are little tight but doable, by appointment quick loading.
Friendly people, fast loading. Check in at the office, and they will assign you a door. You will get a glad hand lock, which has a detachable key. They key you insert in a black box which is at the dock. Once the key is in the box, they will start loading you. Once loaded, keep trailer doors open head to check in office and get paperwork.
Need 4 load straps. Not as difficult as other truck drivers claim it to be. I was loaded in dock 4. Easy peazy! Docks 1-3 and I might see a cause for concern. Even the yard dog has a difficult time. Loading fast.
