The worst place I have ever been to in terms of disrespect toward people. I would not wish anyone to end up here. I arrived for pickup at 4:00 PM, checked in, and left my phone number. The person sitting at the checkpoint told me that I needed to leave and that they would call me when a dock became available. (By the way, the person working at the checkpoint who accepted my documents appeared to be hungover and smelled like alcohol.) Don't come here to pick up loads, drivers! This place is a complete mess. I arrived at 11:30 AM and I'm leaving at 3:30 PM. Four hours in total.
I wouldn’t do a job with this facility again, and the reason why is I had to wait 5+ hours to get loaded and for that reason I missed my tomorrow’s appointment and now I have to wait Monday to deliver a load. If at the gate, they tell you to go to the truckstop and wait for CALL that means you’re going to wait a long time. I suggest you cancel the a load immediately. Not recommended to do the job with Heavy loads, tight place
