The worst place I have ever been to in terms of disrespect toward people. I would not wish anyone to end up here. I arrived for pickup at 4:00 PM, checked in, and left my phone number. The person sitting at the checkpoint told me that I needed to leave and that they would call me when a dock became available. (By the way, the person working at the checkpoint who accepted my documents appeared to be hungover and smelled like alcohol.)
