I wouldn’t do a job with this facility again, and the reason why is I had to wait 5+ hours to get loaded and for that reason I missed my tomorrow’s appointment and now I have to wait Monday to deliver a load. If at the gate, they tell you to go to the truckstop and wait for CALL that means you’re going to wait a long time. I suggest you cancel the a load immediately. Not recommended to do the job with Heavy loads, tight place
Got a door right away Loaded up under a hour Friendly staff No overnight parking Heavy load of batteries
Took 12 hours to get loaded. And have the remove pallets because I can't haul the weight. Then they finally removed 2 and was still over weight. And had to have the redo the load. I will never come back to this place. The warehouse manager is very rude. No restrooms, no parking.
That guard shack smell will make u throw up. The guards are nice.....but the smell in there is not human friendly, i don't know how they sit through that...or if its THEM. I was making myself stop breathing intermittently. Then they sent me to LOVES and said I'd get a call wen dock opens up. Got called an hour exactyl...walked back in the guard shack with mask on second time around. Poor guys asking if I had Covid. ..I didn't want to be rude and tell them what it was.... they were nice though.
