UPDATE: 11/11/25 - Chase, the owner called us and asked if he could look at the roof, we were cordial and said yes as we were hoping for a solution. Boy what a mistake, as soon as he got here he was offering excuses such as could be adhesive problems, he marched around on the roof taking to someone, called my son hostile, when we were discussing the decking which he denies we bought even though we have it on the work order, then asked to come inside and check the attic to see if there was a vent causing the soft spot, then w... read more
Great service…looked at these reviews and saw some one star reviews, but after having my roof replaced 3 times this is by far the best experience I’ve had with communication, promptness, and workmanship. If there was a 6th star I would have clicked it! Thank you Chase!!
