I have never been happy with flooring installed by this company. Cracked, chipping pieces in my kitchen and dining room. A screw or nail trying to come up through a piece of flooring in my dining room. The installer Jeffery Bell was in a hurry. Didn't prep my old kitchen floor properly before laying the new laminate. Had to come back five different times to fix shoddy work. The last time he brought a representative from the company with him and they supposedly fixed my kitchen floor but they didn't. I looked at Google prior to driving out there from La Grange, and it says you are open till 2pm on a Saturday. Nobody there, tried calling and it went to voicemail. The door says Tuesday-Friday. I assume Saturdays they are closed, contrary to what Google has listed. I'll just have to find a showroom that operates on Saturday.
I have been shopping with this store for years! Chad and Angela go above and beyond for everyone! They give and give to people in their community . I was in tears seeing what they do for the kids at Christmas . I’ve had flooring done in multiple homes and shop their gift shop anytime I need a quick gift . I recommend them to everyone I know!
