They told us the installation crew were contractors who only worked for them. The contractor lead told us point blank he worked on other jobs that weren't tied to their company including Lowe's. We had to fight to get a patch on the subfloor that we told them about as part of the estimate for the job which the worker did not sure when installing even though I made sure the boss knew about. We recently had new floors installed and the experience from start to finish was excellent. They helped us choose the perfect flooring for our needs, where flexible with scheduling and installation went smoothly and very professional. Would definitely recommend them for your next project .
Big shout out to Johnson & Company Flooring! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, they had a huge selection to choose from, and they were more than willing to work around my schedule. The quality of the flooring is amazing—especially for such an affordable price. You can really tell they care about their customers and the work they do. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the market for new flooring!
