This Rating is for Jeff Olson, never met anyone who works as hard as this guy and he Carries so much knowledge with this industry! Great guy and really knows his stuff… take lessons from him!
A typical work day for me was walking on eggshells around my area lead who was an angry rude antisocial person who shouldn't be in charge of anyone. I had no training I had to learn by watching what the lead did because he wouldn't tell me anything, the fine wire lead is allowed to come and go any hours he wants because nobody else knows the details of how to troubleshoot the machines and my boss straight up said if we could do it without him we would.
