Had an appointment at 2pm it's already 4pm and I just keep getting told they are too busy
Absolutely brilliant service! Always friendly & helpful no matter how busy they are. Have helped my little boy many times with ear infections & chest infections. Thank you for all your help

One star is too much The worst ward / staff (Welland ward) I have ever come across and I work in the NHS No PALS no route to put in complaint Staff say they are busy but they have time to keep ending my call without answering
