Normally I don’t leave feedback but I had Amazing service from a lovely individual called Ollie. He took my blood today and was so kind, considerate and welcoming. Honestly such a kind person, thank you so much.
I was really not happy, with having to raise my voice to enable the receptionist to hear my details, it is not professional and it is not nice that the whole waiting room knows your business, it should be confidential.
Went for a blood test today, Olly who took my blood put me very at ease, didn't even feel the needle, very impressed, great place, very nice staff.
Was a shame when they had GP, it’s still a shame now. Blood test in 2 weeks ? What a joke. I will try to avoid it as much as it’s possible.
Very nice and kind all staff.
