Walked in to get some information and was treated like I was an inconvenience. Completely rude. Plus their whole parking lot was falling apart and trash everywhere. I already feel sorry for their tenants, poor management.

Response from owner (below) almost 4 years later haha! This is the exact reason I decided not to rent from your office! It took that amount of time to get anyone to do anything in that office at the time of negotiations. Greed will get the best of you and it did. The bank on the corner that you said my business was too loud for is no longer there! Huh!? Interesting! Get your facts correct. Management has taken a turn for the worst ever since Desert Rental Properties(Johnson Commercial Real Estate), has taken over Preferred Rental Properties. Original Property Manager, Shirley was a Gem. Constant turnover in tenants. New Tenants coming in are always a concern, from Alcoholics to Heroine Addicts. It's clear this new Management just wants to fill units to maintain funds regardless of the wellbeing of long term residence. Definitely been at an all time low overall.

Response from the owner 12 minutes ago We are sorry that you were not able to lease the space you wanted. Ten (10) days after you submitted an offer to lease, you were told that loud music would not be allowed next to a doctor's office and a bank. You requested that we complete a noise assessment, and we found the music sound and vibration was too much.
