This company and its agents are unprofessional and Matt Johnson is GREEDY!!! I was working on a property owned by him with one of his agents Michelle Davidson as a dual agent which was a HUGE mistake. If you want to lease a space from them PLEASE use your own agent!!!! I was in the final lease negotiations when all of a sudden they would not rent to me for no reason.
